In 2019, we trained over 2,500 individuals from several top tier Organizations across diverse industries like Kontz Engineering, Clina-Lancet, Page Financials, Pal Pensions, RenMoney, Aggreko,  Clarke Energy to mention a few on a myriad of subjects.

As the go-to organization of choice for Corporate Trainings, not only did we train staff members of these companies via in-house trainings, we also had several open-house trainings where organizations like Midwestern Oil & Gas, OVH Energy, ICAN and several others delegated members of staff to be trained on a specific need.

Our Business Financial Forecasting & Modeling   Open Course Training was one that had recorded high attendance all year round.


At Vantage Consulting we can truly say that 2019 was a remarkable year for us. Asides from training corporate organizations and individuals, we are grounded in our core values. As such, we are an Organization that is very interested in empowering the youths and redefining the workplace.

Our two major annual events was a ground breaking success. During the Young Professional’s Meet-up in celebration of the International Day of the youth, we hosted ALIYAH SABREE, the youngest presiding judge, 36th district court, State of Michigan, and JEWELL JONES, the youngest State Representative, 11th district, State of Michigan- United States of America on the 12th of August 2019. The aim of which was to educate and encourage young professionals to keep chasing their dreams and make more impact in their community regardless of economical challenges or self-limiting beliefs.

We also hosted our revolutionary event, WPC2019 that had the wide participation of Senior Executives, Managing Directors, Senior and Middle Level Managers, HR Professionals, and Employees from different organizations within Nigeria on the 9th of November at Lilygate Hotel, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria. During this event, we had speakers and panelists discuss on workplace practices and how to improve workplace performance.


One of our major goals that drive all our projects is to help leaders be more effective and intentional as individuals and members of teams and organizations.
