Projects fail most often because of poorly written or misinterpreted requirements. But once a project is begun, controlling schedule and cost is the most difficult aspect of the project manager’s job. This course will describe requirements and requirement analysis, but also it will discuss how to incorporate these requirements into a project plan and how to set up and implement a monitoring and control system to ensure that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget.
